2025 Symposium + 2024 Symposium and General Assembly of the AIPP – UPDATE<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

On the 30th<\/sup> of September and the 1st<\/sup> of October 2024, the second symposium and General Assembly of the International Academy of Prehistory and Protohistory was organized in the wonderful building of the Polish Academy of Sciences, located in the central place of Poznan, thanks to the invitation of Jacek Kabacinski and his colleagues.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The present members (see attached photos) coming from Europe, but also Australia and the USA, as well as the numerous members attending online, have made a success of this event.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The symposium, on the theme of \u00ab Migration versus Cultural diffusion in the context of Climate Change<\/em> \u00bb, was rich of a dozen communications given by the members of AIPP and several other invited colleagues which were all of an incredible interest due to several dozen years of field activities and that made a perfect synthesis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The next symposium and General Assembly will be organized in Berlin, at the beginning of May 2025, hosted by our colleague H. Parzinger.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le 30 septembre et le 1er octobre 2024, ont \u00e9t\u00e9 organis\u00e9s le deuxi\u00e8me symposium et l\u2019Assembl\u00e9e G\u00e9n\u00e9rale de l\u2019Acad\u00e9mie Internationale de Pr\u00e9histoire et de Protohistoire, dans le magnifique b\u00e2timent de l\u2019Acad\u00e9mie Polonaise des Sciences, situ\u00e9 sur la place centrale de Poznan, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l\u2019invitation de Jacek Kabacinski, que nous remercions vivement ainsi que ses coll\u00e8gues.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Les membres pr\u00e9sents (voir photo ci-jointe) venant d\u2019Europe mais aussi d\u2019Australie et des USA ainsi que les nombreux membres en ligne, ont fait de cet \u00e9v\u00e9nement un succ\u00e8s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le symposium, sur le th\u00e8me \u00ab Migration versus diffusion culturelle dans le contexte des changements climatiques<\/em>\u00bb a \u00e9t\u00e9 riche d\u2019une douzaine de communications donn\u00e9es par les membres de l\u2019AIPP et aussi de plusieurs coll\u00e8gues invit\u00e9s qui ont toutes \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u2019un int\u00e9r\u00eat incroyable en raison de dizaines d\u2019ann\u00e9es d\u2019activit\u00e9s de terrain et d\u2019une synth\u00e8se parfaite.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le prochain symposium et assembl\u00e9e g\u00e9n\u00e9rale de 2025 se tiendra \u00e0 Berlin, d\u00e9but mai, \u00e0 l\u2019invitation de notre coll\u00e8gue H. Parzinger.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2024 Symposium and General Assembly of the AIPP<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The second symposium of the International Academy of Prehistory and Protohistory will be held in Poznan (Poland) on 30 September 2024 at the premises of the Polish Academy of Sciences, at the invitation of our colleague Jacek Kabacinski. The symposium 2024 is open to those present physically. The symposium will also be accessible online for all those who wish to listen to the presentations and participate in the discussions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The general assembly of the Academy will take place on October 1st from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. The general assembly is reserved for members of the Academy, present physically or online.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le deuxi\u00e8me symposium de l\u2019Acad\u00e9mie Internationale de Pr\u00e9histoire et de Protohistoire se tiendra \u00e0 Poznan (Pologne)  le 30 septembre 2024 dans les locaux de l\u2019Acad\u00e9mie polonaise des Sciences, \u00e0 l\u2019invitation de notre coll\u00e8gue Jacek Kabacinski. Le symposium 2024 est ouvert aux personnes pr\u00e9sentes physiquement. Le symposium sera \u00e9galement accessible en ligne pour tous ceux qui d\u00e9sireront \u00e9couter les communications et participer aux discussions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

L\u2019assembl\u00e9e g\u00e9n\u00e9rale de l\u2019Acad\u00e9mie aura lieu le 1er<\/sup> Octobre de 10h \u00e0 13 heures. Elle est r\u00e9serv\u00e9e aux membres de l\u2019Acad\u00e9mie, pr\u00e9sents physiquement ou en ligne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
